Ritcy represents clients in construction and commercial litigation and arbitration cases as well as land use matters. Her work includes representing owners and contractors in defect claims and insurance disputes. Prior to joining the Firm, Ritcy handled cases for the Florida Department of Revenue, personal injury cases, and worked as an attorney for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. In her prior role, she appeared in court on an almost daily basis. Ritcy has also presented various continuing legal education seminars and written several legal articles, including an article for the Law Review at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Ritcy is active in the local legal community. Ritcy has co-chaired multiple committees for the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and has been a Board member since 2024. She currently serves as the Communications Coordinator, where she writes the monthly column for the Orange County Bar Association Briefs.
