Milan is a construction litigation attorney whose practice focuses on representing owners, developers, general contractors, and other contractors in complex construction and commercial disputes throughout Florida. He regularly handles matters involving significant financial exposure and assists clients at all stages of litigation.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Milan clerked at an asset protection firm, where he gained valuable insight into the financial and transactional aspects of legal practice. He later joined a construction law firm as a summer associate and continued as a law clerk during his final year of law school, where he developed a strong foundation in construction litigation and a passion for construction law.
Milan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University and both his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Stetson University. While at Stetson, he served as Secretary of the Business Law Society, was a Teaching Assistant for Business Entities, worked as an editor for Stetson’s Journal of Aging Law and Policy, regularly volunteered with Bay Area Legal Services’ Family Forms Clinic, and was awarded the Victor O.Wehle award for excellence in Trial Advocacy.
