Kelsey K. Stone, Esq.

Kelsey K. Stone is an accomplished trial attorney with a diverse practice history. She
focuses on complex commercial and residential construction claims and litigation.
These include construction defect claims, contract disputes, claims of lien, and
construction related insurance claims. Located in Pensacola, Florida, Kelsey enjoys
representing clients in matters in Northwest Florida, while also serving clients throughout
the rest of the state.

Kelsey has a wide range of experience throughout Northwest Florida. She began her
legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the State Attorney for
the First Judicial Circuit where she prosecuted criminal cases. She has also worked
for both large and small civil firms in the Panhandle, focusing on defense litigation.
Kelsey also previously served as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier.
Kelsey has personally tried over forty jury trials to verdict. 

Kelsey’s wide and diverse range of experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the matters she handles.
