Kelsey is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on representing clients in residential and commercial construction matters, with a focus on complex, multi-party construction defect litigation throughout the State of Florida. Kelsey regularly represents owners, developers, general contractors and other contractors in litigating construction defect claims, payment disputes, lien claims, insurance coverage claims, subrogation claims and other construction industry disputes.

 

Kelsey began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney where she prosecuted thousands of cases and conducted jury trials in Orange, Osceola, and Lake counties for offenses ranging from sexual battery to first degree murder. Prior to joining The Grosshans Group, Kelsey was a trial attorney for the largest personal injury law firm in the country. She has worked on hundreds of cases and presented before juries in both State and Federal courts

 

Kelsey’s extensive courtroom experience gives her an intimate understanding of the varying stages of a case’s life cycle which allows her to thoroughly and successfully represent her clients. Kelsey earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida.
