Kaitlin handles construction defect cases in pre-suit and litigation.  Kaitlin received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, where she studied literature and taught English to children overseas.  She received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law, where she served as the Intramural Chair for the Moot Court Team.  While on the team, Kaitlin and her competition partner won the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare and Adoption Law.  In addition, Kaitlin received the award for “Best Oral Advocate” in the national Moot Court Competition.  During law school, she interned at the Florida Supreme Court for Justice Jamie R. Grosshans, where she refined her legal research and writing skills.
