Of Counsel
David represents clients in complex, multi-party claims and insurance disputes and negotiations. For more than twenty years David has assisted developers, property owners, multinational organizations, educational institutions and religious organizations accomplish their mission and achieve their goals. This has included representation in a diverse array of legal and ethical matters including formation, purchases and sales, land use, construction, dispute resolution, risk management, compliance, reporting and monitoring, employment law, employer/employee relations, negotiation, human rights and humanitarian law, and international law.
David previously served as general counsel for an international non-governmental organization which focused on fighting human trafficking and providing survivor care services across the globe. He assisted in the management of a global team of more than three hundred while navigating the various legal issues facing international and domestic organizations. David brings this wealth of insight to skillfully aid clients in bringing complex legal challenges to resolution.
David also previously served as a professor of Philosophy and Ethics at Florida Christian College. David serves as a board member with Dallas Christian College and as a Board Advisor with Rapha International.
