Bethany Carlson, Esq.

Bethany represents owners, developers, general contractors and other contractors in a wide variety of construction disputes. Bethany has handled hundreds of construction and insurance claims, working with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel and our clients to bring matters to an efficient resolution. Her tireless work involves managing complex, multi-party construction defect cases from pre-suit claims through mediation and litigation, which regularly includes navigating insurance coverage disputes.

Bethany brings a diverse career background to the practice of law. She received her law degree cum laude from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University School of Law while working full time as a critical care nurse at a local Orlando hospital. At the same time, she worked as a research assistant in contract law. Bethany has previously worked with two other law firms in Orlando where her practice included corporate law, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
